Byron Bay Surf Report

Leftover SSE swell drops to a slower 2 to 3ft at the magnets this morning and it's well worth making the most of early light NW winds while they last. The swell will continue to fade as winds swing north and then NNE around 10 to 20 knots, so if you're planning to surf this the afternoon think sheltered northern corner or forget it.

Morning
Swell: 0.8m
Wind: NNW 0-10 kts
Best at: South-facing beaches
Conditions: Clean & deteriorating later

Afternoon
Swell: 0.7m
Wind: NNE 10-20 kts
Best at: South-facing beaches
Conditions: Wind affected
