Byron Bay Surf Report

Only very slight levels of ENE windswell on offer today. Expect midgey waves around 1 to 2ft along exposed beaches, but otherwise grading to tinier ankle-biters elsewhere. Winds are light NW/NNW inshore ahead of a southerly change 15 to 20 knots during the morning, freshening to 20 to 30 knots from the south later and the good news is this will lead in a comparatively substantial rise in SSE windswell by tomorrow morning.
