Byron Bay Surf Report

There's a fresh round of SSE windswell holding good potential for some lumpy and bumpy 3 to 4ft+ sets at the moer exposed beaches. You might fare better targeting a southern corner offering up some smaller, cleaner waves in the 2 to 3ft range, but otherwise expect considerably smaller 1 to 2ft sets inside Byron. Early inshore SSW winds see the best of it before they swing SSE 20 to 25 knots, before easing to 15 to 20 knots later in the afternoon.
