Byron Bay Surf Report

Residual SSE windswell is reinforced by an inconsistent S groundswell today; probably only showing notable size at south swell magnets. Expect long waits between 2 to 3ft sets, but otherwise grading to lower 1 to 2ft+ levels across the majority of open beaches and tiny inside the points and bays. Winds start out light W to SW inshore before tending variable, then ENE to NE 5 to 15 knots later.
