A still large Easterly swell sees chunky and junky 5 to 8ft conditions along exposed beaches this morning while grading to a more accessible 3 to 5ft inside Byron and other sheltered areas, with size depending on exposure. Expect the swell to ease a foot or so in the arvo. Winds are SE around 15 to 25 knots, easing during the afternoon.
