Byron Bay Surf Report

ESE trade wind swell keep on chugging in the 2 to 3 ft range along the more exposed open breaks, but expect inconsistency in the upper range and it will still be considerably smaller at 1 to 2ft inside the points and bays. Early light NW to NNW land-breezes at around 5 knots see good surface quality before they turn NNE around 10 to 15 knots, so go early for the best of it.
