Byron Bay Surf Report

Leftover S swell is combining with a junky south-easterly tradewind swell on the rise today. Expect poor quality 2 to 3ft sets starting to show across exposed open beaches, with scope for more size this arvo. The period is still short and direction primarily SE, so expect much smaller 1 to 2ft+ waves inside Byron. Winds are SE 15 to 20 knots, tending E in the evening
