Byron Bay Surf Report

Northerly winds render the majority of open breaks a write-off today so it's worth seeking out a sheltered northern corner as NE windswell builds. Expecdt smaller 2 to 3ft waves early, building to a stronger 3 to 4ft this afternoon. Early NNW winds at 10 to 15 knots inshore see the best of it, before they turn Northerly, NNE 15 to 25 knots, up to 20 to 30 knots in the afternoon.
